Keeping track of property condition

Inspections and property visits

We use inspections, maintenance visits, and exterior or common-area observations to keep track of visible concerns. Move-in, move-out, and vacancy checks help document condition and prepare for the next resident. The type and frequency of inspections depend on the property and management arrangements.

What happens when we find an issue

We assess whether it needs a repair, an estimate, your approval, or further monitoring. Larger items can be planned for future work. Our reporting helps you understand significant findings and work that is still pending.

When a closer look is needed

Some issues aren’t visible during a routine inspection. If we see a concern that needs a specialist or further investigation, we’ll discuss that next step with you.
